Job Description:

The selected candidate will be a part of the team, working diligently in maintaining and enhancing internal communication strategies. The role will involve managing the company's intranet, creating engaging campaigns, and working closely with stakeholders to develop effective messaging.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the company's intranet end-to-end
  • Handling the creation and distribution of department newsletters
  • Developing and executing strategic, creative, and inclusive employee engagement campaigns
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to craft messages and storytelling that inspire and inform employees
  • Creating clear, compelling messages about the company's vision, priorities, and programs
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of virtual and in-person meetings, providing counsel to presenters and coordinating logistics
  • Producing multimedia assets that clearly and concisely tell compelling stories
  • Measuring and improving the effectiveness of messaging, channels, and practices across a diverse employee population
  • Sourcing and managing videography vendors in local markets
  • Keeping abreast of emerging internal communications trends in content formats and subject matter
  • Managing multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Internal Communications Manager
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven track record in creating and managing editorial content
  • Experience in designing and executing advertisement campaigns
  • Comfortable with blogging and other forms of written online communication
  • Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through strategic communication
  • Understanding of budget processes and experience in managing budgets
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
