Job Description:

Join Communication Core Deliveries and help shape how thousands of colleagues connect and engage across Demant. In this role, you will experience real influence, lead our global intranet rollout and strengthen our internal channels. You will create meaningful stories and video content that drive awareness and connection across a global organisation all while being part of a diverse, supportive team with plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take on the project management of our new intranet project, managing timelines, milestones and phased delivery to successfully roll out a global intranet platform through cross-functional alignment and vendor collaborations
  • Production of video content, where you will film, edit and deliver internal and external videos to publish on relevant channels
  • Have editorial responsibility: serve as editor in chief and contributor for our intranet, ensuring a continuous flow of content that is engaging and relevant for all Demant employees
  • Internal channel management: ensure an overall consistent flow of high-quality content across channels
  • Progress future development of internal channels: streamline and organise Inside pages, expand the reach of quarterly global townhalls and promote engagement on Viva Engage
  • Ensure full usage of information screens across our facilities

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with SharePoint
  • Strong project‑management capabilities
  • Technically strong and confident working with DSLR cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and video editing tools in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Excel at planning and organizing content, including developing and maintaining content calendars using platforms such as Airtable
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and know how to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Creative mindset and a talent for storytelling, able to craft compelling narratives across written, graphic and video formats
  • Communicate effortlessly in English, both spoken and written
  • Bring a global perspective to your work
