Job Description:

We are Oneeven, an investment company managing a portfolio of businesses across various industries, including IT and iGaming. We’re now looking for an Internal Auditor who will help us establish efficient financial processes, assess risks, and ensure transparency and compliance within the group of companies. This role involves deep engagement in operational, financial, and analytical aspects of the business, as well as close collaboration with C-level management of portfolio companies.

Job Responsibility:

perform and manage internal audits for a portfolio of small, medium, and large-sized companies
maintain a holistic view of the audit process
process and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS (when required)
liaise with finance and accounting teams of portfolio companies
review and audit internal processes and controls
maintain regular communication and relationships with portfolio companies’ management
lead, mentor, and coach junior team members
participate in the development of internal audit methodologies for portfolio companies
prepare and present recommendations
perform other financial tasks as assigned

Requirements:

at least 4 years of experience in an audit position
ACA or ACCA qualification (fully or partly qualified)
solid understanding of financial principles (IFRS) and auditing standards (ISAs)
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
English – at least B1 level (both written and spoken)
fluent in Ukrainian and Russian
excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

exposure to IT and/or iGaming sectors
knowledge of Tableau
experience in internal audit and/or advisory
team player with strong initiative and motivation to grow within the iGaming industry
