Job Description:

Citi's Internal Audit Summer Analyst Program is a 16-week internship opportunity in Mississauga, ON designed to develop skills and provide real-world experience in internal audit. The program includes classroom training, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure. Top performing candidates may be considered for full-time roles.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring a sound control framework and environment is in place globally through the delivery of independent and timely assurance
providing real-world work and contributing value to the team during a 16-week program
networking with other interns and professionals
attending structured training and mentorship programs
presenting accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior Internal Audit Management team

Requirements:

At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027
strong analytical skills
strong oral and written communication skills
cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
finance education or experience a plus
innovative and creative in solving problems
hardworking
quick thinking and detail oriented
intellectually curious and willing to ask questions
ability to multi-task
