Job Description:

Take ownership of Haypp Intelligence, our internal analytics function, and turn data into strategic impact. In this role, you’ll bridge data and business strategy, delivering decision-quality insights that accelerate growth and deepen consumer understanding. You’ll lead a team of two senior analysts, driving the analytics agenda across the company. Your work will shape KPI governance, enable self-service, and steer strategic projects that influence everything from marketing effectiveness to pricing strategies. This is a key role where your contribution will strengthen Haypp’s data-driven decision-making and help shape how analytics supports growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the Analytics Ready Data (ARD) layer and collaborate with the Data Platform team to define and operationalize key business metrics
  • Lead the creation and adoption of a self-service analytics ecosystem (BI tools, documentation, training)
  • Develop and maintain KPI governance at all levels of the company (Company, Department, Team)
  • Partner with leadership (Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Product, Operations) to identify and execute strategic analytics projects (e.g., growth diagnostics, churn drivers, pricing elasticity)
  • Manage and mentor the Intelligence team, to start with two senior data analysts
  • Establish a data-driven culture and lead a virtual team of cross-functional data analysts across the company through Analytics Forum
  • Oversee integration of consumer surveys, experimental data, and market insights with transactions data/analytics

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with execs and team leads
  • Experience designing semantic/business logic layers and metric stores
  • Analytical strategy thinking: LTV models, cohort analysis, retention, funnel analytics
  • Leadership in KPI definition, OKRs, and performance measurement
  • Good command of SQL, dbt, and modern data stack (Redshift/Snowflake, Qlik/Power BI/ Looker)
  • Ideally 6–10 years of experience, with at least 3 in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role

  • Interest/experience in AI and its use within Analytics
  • Experience driving self-service analytics and data-driven mindset across a company
  • Experience with survey analytics and integrating quantitative + qualitative data
