Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and tariff classification
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office

Job Responsibility

Complete import & export customs declarations accurately and on time
Monitor customs entries to ensure efficient clearance
Provide clear instructions to third-party customs brokers
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes
Classify goods according to the UK Customs Tariff (HTS)
Track and report on customs-related KPIs
Offer customs consultancy support to internal departments
Quote and process international freight bookings across multiple transport modes
Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues
Ensure compliance while meeting stakeholder requirements
