Our team is responsible for the development of the structural analysis tools used on our Global & Challenger business aircraft.
Job Responsibility:
Work within Bombardier’s Advanced Structures Engineering team, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts (aerostructures, performance, systems, fatigue & damage tolerance)
Develop, structure, and integrate modular libraries enabling the creation of aircraft‑specific mission definitions (sets of flight profiles, loads, durations, operational sequences, etc.)
Actively participate in solving technical and architectural challenges, proposing innovative solutions to enhance the tool’s performance, robustness, and maintainability
Design and develop a graphical user interface (GUI) that coherently integrates all developed functionalities and modules to facilitate use by engineers and analysts
Requirements:
Enrolled in a computer science or mechanical engineering degree
Familiar with python coding (Python 3.0 and over)
Familiar with C++, C# and Visual Studio suite is a plus
Experience with software application testing and debugging
Knowledgeable of object-oriented programming methods
Autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with strong work ethic
Available for an extension or a longer internship (8 month)
