Job Description:

Join IKEA as an IT Intern in Digital Service Operations and help us support our end users with their technical needs. Work in a collaborative team where your contributions make a real impact. Gain hands-on experience with end-user support, ticket management, problem management, and hardware installations.

Job Responsibility:

Handle end-user requests and provide technical support
Manage tickets and assist with problem resolution
Install and register new hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and peripherals
Collaborate with the Digital Service Operations team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with a wide variety of people

Requirements:

Following an IT-related study with a minimum level of MBO 3 and the internship is part of your educational program
Demonstrate ability to handle end-user requests
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Dutch and English)
Knowledge with electrical devices and computer hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers and peripherals
Any experience with ticketing system is a plus
Has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism while often maintaining confidentiality

Nice to have:

Any experience with ticketing system
Having a driving license or access to a car
