Job Responsibility:

Workato is searching for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our Enterprise Orchestration Internship Programme.
We are looking for someone who can support content creation, media publication, and PR activities and assistant work for Field CTO, Workato Japan.
マーケティングチーム及びCTOオフィスからの発信におけるコンテンツ制作、メディア掲載、PR・広報活動、所属団体とのコミュニケーション及び運営をサポートしていただけるインターンの方の募集となります。また、英語で作成されたコンテンツを日本語化（AI活用）する業務があります。

Requirements:

A native Japanese speaker with a strong understanding of Japanese culture and context
Strong English communication skills, particularly the ability to engage with our marketing team and negotiate in English
A humble attitude with a high level of motivation to grow and a proactive approach to learning
Interest in thought leadership–oriented content
prior experience studying in a business school or similar environment would be a strong plus
While knowledge of technology and business processes is not a prerequisite, the ability to learn through hands-on experience is essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong desire to grow by gaining real-world business experience in a fast-paced startup environment
[Minimum Commitment] 6-12 months internship
During school term, at least 15 hours per week (except around exam periods where lesser time allowed)
During school vacation, at least 30 hours per week (within Workato Business Hours, 9am-6pm)
Interest in technology.
Motivated to learn and work with a dynamic team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.

日本の文化や背景を深く理解した、日本語を母国語とし読み書きを得意する方
高い英語コミュニケーション能力、特にマーケティングチームとのコミュニケーション能力、英語での交渉力
謙虚な姿勢で、高い成長意欲と積極的な学習姿勢
リーダーシップを重視したコンテンツ制作・発信への関心。ビジネススクールなどの経験があれば尚可
日本国内に拠点を置くことが必須です。海外に拠点を置く場合は、日本の就業時間内に勤務できる必要があります。
技術や業務プロセスに関する知識は必須ではありませんが、実践を通じて学ぶ意欲は不可欠です。
特に重要なのは、急成長中のスタートアップ環境において、実際のビジネス経験を積みながら成長したいという強い意欲を持っていることです。
【参加期間】6〜12ヶ月のインターンシップ
学期中：週15時間以上の勤務（試験期間中は短縮も可能）
長期休暇中：週30時間以上の勤務（勤務時間はWorkatoの営業時間内、9:00〜18:00）
日頃から生成AI (ChatGPT, Cloudeなど）を活用している
テクノロジーへの関心がある方
学ぶ意欲があり、ダイナミックなチームで働くことに前向きな方
ステイクホルダーの期待値に注意を払い、高品質な成果を追求できる方
チーム内外の関係者と効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション力（事実と意見をきちんと分て話す）と協調性をお持ちの方
