Job Description:

IKEA is seeking an experienced Interior Designer for a 100% position in the Oslo Market, lasting one year starting August 1st. This role involves creating home furnishing solutions, leveraging IKEA's product range, and staying updated on trends and customer needs. Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience, proficiency in English, and a relevant educational background.

Job Responsibility:

Creating relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions
actively contributing to gathering insights from home visits and translating this knowledge into local solutions
using the IKEA product range to show distinct and different styles
ensuring areas of responsibility are in top-notch condition
staying updated on trends and customer shopping patterns

Requirements:

At least 12 months of experience working as an Interior Designer
proficiency in English
education in Interior Design or similar field
strong communicative skills
ability to work autonomously and collaborate when needed
blending commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills
talent for generating, visualizing, and presenting new ideas
