Interim Construction Procurement Lead - Site Upgrade | 6 Month Contract (Extension Possible) | Location: Sheffield / South Yorkshire | Start: Immediate / Short Notice. Lead procurement for a large-scale, high-priority site upgrade project for a major global brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of procurement activities across Construction, Facilities Management or Capex
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with ambitious project timelines
  • Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and deliver value-driven contracts
  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk management standards
  • Be hands-on on-site, collaborating with project teams, operations, and finance to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Construction, Facilities Management or Capex procurement projects
  • Comfortable managing multi-million-pound spend portfolios
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
