We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Integration Lead with extensive expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing integration solutions that connect enterprise systems, applications and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of OIC features and capabilities, a strong understanding of system integration best practices, and the leadership skills to guide a team of integration specialists.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration architecture, design patterns, and implementation best practices
  • Leverage OIC capabilities such as Process Automation, Integration Insight, Visual Builder and API management to deliver comprehensive integration solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and developers to define integration requirements and strategies
  • Ensure all integrations are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture principles
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis and drive resolutions efficiently
  • Stay current with Oracle OIC updates and emerging integration technologies to continually enhance integration frameworks
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the integration team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in system integration
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Extensive knowledge of OIC components including Integrations, Process Automation, Visual Builder, Connectivity Agents, File Server and Insight Analytics
  • Strong experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and related integration technologies
  • Proficiency in integrating Oracle SaaS, on-premise applications and third-party systems using OIC
  • Understanding of cloud security, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML), and error-handling frameworks
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices related to integration deployments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, transformation, and orchestration flows
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with OIC monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance tuning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have worked on any observability tools like DataDog, ELK etc.

Nice to have:

  • Oracle certifications related to OIC or integration are an advantage
  • Oracle certifications in OIC or related technologies are a plus.
