Job Description:

We are looking for an Intake/Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both clients and attorneys, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys assisting others, and has a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Manage client intake processes, ensuring all necessary information is collected and organized efficiently
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to provide seamless support and assistance
Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate client records
Manage correspondence to address client needs and follow up on inquiries
Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with confidential information
Work proactively to identify and resolve client concerns or issues
Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s standards for quality and professionalism
Contribute to a positive and client-focused environment by delivering consistent and reliable service

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles
Strong ability to handle inbound calls and communicate effectively with clients
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage correspondence and client intake processes
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and internal teams
