Job Description:

An opportunity for sales or business development professionals to enter the insurance sector with training and career development provided. The role involves tailored client advice, relationship building, and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging with individuals and businesses to understand their insurance needs
Providing tailored advice across a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products
Building long-term client relationships through trust and excellent service
Identifying opportunities to grow the client base through networking and referrals
Collaborating with a friendly, experienced team in a supportive environment

Requirements:

Experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing advisory role
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
No insurance experience needed-just a willingness to train and grow
Working towards (or open to pursuing) Cert CII qualifications (fully supported)
