Inside Sales Representative

• Support the outside sales team with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups
• Receive and process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Generate and manage work orders and assist with project coordination
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments to ensure project accuracy and timely completion
• Provide exceptional service to customers by phone and email
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and ERP systems

• 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, within a manufacturing, service, or distribution environment
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
