Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for a reputable lighting company in Oklahoma City. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a strong industry reputation. Job Responsibility:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
Prepare quotes, process orders, and track shipments
Support outside sales team with product availability and pricing
Maintain strong product knowledge in lighting or electrical supplies
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other clients
Troubleshoot and resolve order or product issues efficiently
Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to fulfill customer needs

Requirements:

Experience in the lighting or electrical wholesale industry is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with order entry systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and follow-through
