With over 40 years of experience as a metal distributor and processor from coast to coast, we are looking for our next inside sales representative to complete our Montreal team. Recognized for our technical expertise, we offer a vast inventory of products, including sheets, bars, tubes, fittings and valves. Job Responsibility:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and margin objectives
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts for a key geographic region of the company
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in your market, particularly buyers, company executives, and project managers
  • Collaborate closely with inside and outside sales representatives to ensure a consistent customer approach
  • Provide comprehensive customer support, including responding to product inquiries, managing bids and quotes, and tracking orders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify specific customer needs and recommend the most suitable related products and services for the desired application

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience with knowledge in the stainless steel or metals industry
  • Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Relevant degree in sales, business administration, or a technical field (an asset)
  • Ability to conduct active prospecting (cold calling inactive or potential clients)
  • Curious, autonomous personality, determined to exceed objectives
