Job Description:

Inside Sales Concierge Specialist role focused on managing inbound and outbound communications with patients in the aesthetics industry. The position is performance-driven with strict KPIs including meeting monthly consult bookings, lead conversion rates, outbound communication targets, and immediate responsiveness to patient inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients
Booking paid consultations
Converting leads into sales
Handling patient inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
Reengaging patients
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Discussing financing options
Collecting payments
Delivering excellent customer service
Meeting monthly consult bookings KPIs
Achieving lead conversion rate targets
Meeting outbound communication targets (calls, texts, emails)
Immediate responsiveness to patient inquiries (within 10 minutes)
HIPAA compliance
Self-education
Active collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Requirements:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Salesforce 2+ years of intermediate experience
Strong computer skills
Mac proficient
2+ years call center experience
1+ year sales experience
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision
Advantageous to have three years of previous experience in a customer service role

Nice to have:

Passionate about the aesthetics industry
Demonstrated knowledge of basic medical terminology and cosmetic procedures/surgeries
Three years of previous experience in a customer service role
