A dynamic and customer-focused organization is seeking an Inside Sales & Account Manager to manage existing client relationships while driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. This role blends account management, inside sales, and customer advocacy. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Conduct inbound and outbound sales outreach to support renewals and expansions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations
Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, and contract renewals
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer support, and leadership
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account metrics in CRM systems
Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely issue resolution
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
equivalent experience considered
3+ years of inside sales, account management, or client-facing experience
Proven ability to manage relationships and drive revenue growth
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
