Job Description:

The Innovation Analyst is responsible for supporting the full range of aspects of the KidsX Network, Community, and supporting projects. KidsX projects may be specific to a department or may be complex, multi-department, multi-disciplinary or organization-wide projects. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining administrative, strategic, and operational needs for the KidsX Network. The Innovation analyst will also support efforts to generate and support novel ideas to expand KidsX offerings by executing community events, accelerator related projects, and other idea generation and management techniques. The analyst will also conduct regular research and diligence on innovative technologies to ensure a robust innovation pipeline for KidsX. The analyst will support efforts to maintain a strong innovation culture for the KidsX team at CHLA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the full range of aspects of the KidsX Network, Community, and supporting projects
  • Maintaining administrative, strategic, and operational needs for the KidsX Network
  • Supporting efforts to generate and support novel ideas to expand KidsX offerings by executing community events, accelerator related projects, and other idea generation and management techniques
  • Conducting regular research and diligence on innovative technologies to ensure a robust innovation pipeline for KidsX
  • Supporting efforts to maintain a strong innovation culture for the KidsX team at CHLA

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working in the healthcare field
  • experience with hospital operations, business development, and event execution
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Master’s Degree in healthcare or business related field preferred
