Job Description:

At the Production Support Command Centre Infrastructure Operations team, this role operates multiple services and technologies within Network & Distributed technology, overseeing functions such as Service Monitoring, Level 1 and 2 support, and Change Implementation. Includes people management and collaboration with global teams.

Job Responsibility:

Deliverables of regional staff and service oversight
Act as decision-maker on incident escalations
Stay updated on operational metrics
Create dashboards or provide inputs for dashboards
Conduct regular 1-1 connects with direct reports
Prepare metrics for employee performance management
Lead and mentor team members
Create reward and recognition program
Support hiring aligned with Citi’s philosophy
Ensure team alignment with organizational goals
Represent the team in PMR calls
Partner with multiple management teams for system enhancements
Assess risks and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

Technical Operations/Support experience of 10+ years
Network technical knowledge at CCNA level
Distributed knowledge related to servers
Understanding of a multilayer environment
Bachelors/master’s degree preferred
