Job Description:

The Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst is responsible for assisting with Reports Management Services operations and infrastructure/tools support activities such as defining reports, troubleshooting issues, project delivery, monitoring, enhancements and remediation. The role also involves technical guidance and best practices for stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve complex problems/projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents
provide analysis for more complex issues, escalating as appropriate for Reports Management services
Act as the primary contact for Reports Management Services operations and infrastructure administration (CMOD, CA-VIEW, CA Web Deliver, RMS, ICN)
Participate/drive testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts and evaluating results for possible enhancements coordinating with Demand team, business/technical project teams, infrastructure support partners and end users
Complete risk and control activities not limited to performing EERS reviews, MCAs, providing walk through sessions with Audit, documenting and submitting audit/CAPs evidences/deliverables, executing COB, addressing EERS drop items and making recommendations for operational R&C enhancements
Perform software patches/upgrades, solutioning business requirements and optimizing operational processes
Collect and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment activities
Gather, compile and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems
create and prepare reports
Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post implementation activities
Reach solutions through technical experience and precedent
Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Drive transformation/lean projects that will optimize business operations and improve current process efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Technical knowledge on CAVIEW, Content Manager On Demand, IBM Content Navigator, RMS
