This role involves supporting technology operations on a global level in a network and distributed environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting L2 infrastructure issues, driving RCA post-service restoration, and contributing to technical and strategic decision-making. Candidates should have SME-level knowledge of network and distributed technologies, technical operations experience, and relevant educational qualifications.
Job Responsibility:
Troubleshooting and resolving L2 infrastructure issues in network and distributed environment to ensure that operational aspects of the service delivery are being completed on time
Providing L2 support to troubleshooting and fix infrastructure issues in network and distributed platforms
Engaging higher level support, Platform leads, upper management, and other stakeholders when required
Continuously assessing workload distribution and shift dynamics, reallocating resources as necessary to maintain optimal shift efficiency
Providing inputs to operations, projects and other areas and contribute to achieving the franchise goals
Partnering with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements
Creating complex project plans, performing impact analyses, and providing resolutions to restore services
Driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
Designing testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and creating/supporting automation of repetitive tasks
Reviewing requirement documents, defining hardware requirements, and examining and updating processes and procedures as necessary
Providing technical/strategic direction and acting as advisor/coach to junior analysts
Developing projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
Contributing to technical direction and strategic decisions
Requirements:

Technical Operations/Support experience of 8+ years is required
Network technical knowledge at CCNA level is required
