Information Technology Business Lead Analyst

• Provide input during Ledger development and implementation phases
• Formulate and define systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex projects
• Perform root cause analysis of systemic issues and deliver appropriate solutions
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
• Responsible for regulatory deliveries and remediation of firm wide Finance Data Concerns
• Consult with business clients including Finance, Front Office Business organizations and other technology organizations
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements
• Recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking
• Lead and manage teams including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Large experience in Ab-initio, Oracle and UNIX technologies
• Ability to debug problems by going through Ab-initio graphs
• Ability to perform various complex SQL queries to identify root cause
• Good understanding (5 years+) of financial ledger concepts
• Experience with financial and management reporting functionalities
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
