The Information Security Awareness Analyst is responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of the information security awareness and education program. They will assist with the management of the Information Security Ambassador Program.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the development of the annual information security training and communication plan
Coordinate and support the delivery of ongoing security awareness and training through various tools and workshops
Coordinate and interface with various teams to develop security awareness and training content
Implement a positive program that engages employees, to include focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work
Assist with the creation of information security awareness metrics to measure the impact of the awareness program
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Information Systems, Compliance, Business Administration or Nexus certificate or related
0 - 2+ years of job related work experience in risk management or information security
Understanding information security and its associated risks
Project management experience, the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term
Display practical knowledge of different message distribution techniques to ensure end user communities
Ability to communicate with and coordinate learning related activities with others
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
Ability to articulate security concepts to business users
