s an Industrial Painter, you will play a critical role in the final stages of the production process. Working within the manufacturing & logistics division, you will be responsible for ensuring that every component meets rigorous aesthetic and protective specifications. Job Responsibility:
Set up and operate advanced powder coating equipment and specialized paint booth systems
Read and accurately interpret paint specifications, routers, and technical drawings for various manufacturing projects
Clean and prepare surfaces of metal components to ensure optimal adhesion of the powder coating
Monitor curing ovens and adjust temperatures according to material requirements and timing specifications
Perform routine maintenance on spray guns, filters, and booth ventilation systems to ensure operational efficiency
Conduct quality inspections on finished products to identify and correct runs, bubbles, or uneven thickness
Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with manufacturing & logistics safety protocols
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of daily painting schedules
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Painter, specifically with powder coating
Strong attention to detail to ensure all finishes meet high-quality industrial standards
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and complex work orders
Physical stamina and the capability to stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks
Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or coating inconsistencies
