Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a Prescribing Pharmacist based in a busy GP Practice setting. This role requires supporting with medication reconciliation, performing CQC safety searches and audits, managing repeat prescriptions, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibility:

Support with medication reconciliation
Perform CQC safety searches and audits
Manage repeat prescriptions and medicines optimisation
Ensure patient safety through effective prescribing practices
Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

A current and valid Independent Prescribing qualification
Experience using EMIS clinical system
Background in primary care, ideally in a GP setting
Strong clinical and communication skills
Availability for on-site work in South West London
