Job Description:

Join our team as an IP Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting medication management and patient care in a busy GP surgery. This is a locum, full-time role with great pay and flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct structured medication reviews
Prescribe medication within your clinical scope
Collaborate with GPs and the wider MDT to ensure safe and effective prescribing
Optimise therapeutic outcomes for patients
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
Independent Prescriber qualification
Primary care or GP surgery experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
