Job Description:

Join our team as an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with hypertension, asthma, and minor ailments. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, create and implement personalised care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, all while enjoying great flexibility and strong hourly pay.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration as an Independent Prescriber
experience with EMIS and SystmOne
experience managing hypertension, asthma, and minor ailments
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
