Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Account Executive to join our team. This is a full sales cycle role, responsible for managing inbound leads, creating opportunities, and closing deals. You will be the driving force behind new business growth and success within the hair, beauty, and particularly the med spa industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for helping med spas succeed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from lead qualification, opportunity creation, conducting product demos, managing negotiations, and closing deals
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying them based on their needs, and ensuring they are a good fit for Phorest’s solutions
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing and progressing leads through the sales cycle, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement
  • Product Demos: Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase how Phorest meets their specific business needs
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges and goals of potential salon and med spa clients, providing tailored recommendations on how Phorest can address their needs
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, acting as their advocate throughout the sales process
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless experience for customers post-sale
  • CRM Management: Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track and manage leads, opportunities, and communications. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by closing new business and growing your pipeline

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a full sales cycle role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or the beauty/hair/med spa industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a consultative sales approach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly understand software solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
