Job Description:

In-house counsel position focusing on contract drafting and redlining for a technology/aerospace company. The role involves diverse contract types and requires impeccable research and writing skills.

Job Responsibility:

Focus almost exclusively on contracts
Drafting and redlining contracts
Diverse contract types including purchase agreements, NDAs, manufacturing agreements
High level of research & writing
Ancillary duties related to M&A, securities, and corporate governance occasionally

Requirements:

Top 14 law school AND/OR Top 70 law firm experience
Impeccable research & writing skills
Desire to focus on contracts
Ability to work on-site 4-5x/week (near intersection of 805 + 5 freeways)
US Citizen (required for government contractor)
2-8 years of experience
Pedigreed background

Nice to have:

Experience with M&A, securities, and corporate governance
