Job Description:

In-House Counsel with commercial real estate focus to lead legal operations and shape the future of a growing organization. Long-term opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead property acquisitions & dispositions
Negotiate leases & manage contracts
Review titles, surveys & coordinate closings
Collaborate with internal teams & external partners
Advise on corporate governance, compliance & risk
Manage outside counsel relationships
Mentor two paralegals
Stay current on laws & regulations

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar membership
5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial real estate
Strong judgment, communication & interpersonal skills
Commitment to long-term growth
