Requirements

10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement within an FMCG or multinational corporation
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to lead complex sourcing events (RFPs)
Strong financial understanding (budgeting, payment terms, cash flow)
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English
Experience collaborating across global and regional functions
Proven ability to drive cost savings and optimize procurement processes
