Job Description:

The individual in this role will oversee the coordination and implementation of our Restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Key responsibilities encompass: orchestrating meetings, facilitating virtual consultations with clients, executing diligent follow-ups, and managing the backend of the Restaurant POS, along with its supplementary software platforms. Moreover, the position involves recommending additional products from our portfolio, tailored to augment the operational efficiency of our clientele. A profound understanding of the restaurant industry and its intricate operations is indispensable. The overarching objective of this role is to bolster the efficacy and prosperity of businesses, both preceding and after the deployment of the Restaurant POS system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule client meetings
  • Conduct virtual meetings
  • Make menu and system functionality changes
  • Update multiple software applications to reflect the most current information
  • Follow up with clients through meetings and calls to ensure a successful transition
  • Complete pre-installation setup task lists
  • Communicate effectively with other sections of the business
  • Assist in the ticketing queue
  • Troubleshoot basic functionality of software applications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with POS implementation or working in restaurants
  • Experience working in a wide variety of restaurant types is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite or alike
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English (second language is a bonus) communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and coach a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, ranging from restaurant managers and owners to business executives and chefs
  • Ability to conduct multiple face-to-face meetings with merchants on a daily basis
