Job Description:

The SAP Implementation Process Lead – Material Data Management is responsible for delivering all project-related outcomes within the Material master data workstream. Key areas in the workstream include delivery of material master data rules (relevancy, extraction, and mapping) and load files, participating in the load process from the functional side, engaging the business for relevant data cleansing, and coordinating tasks with the business during the loading and review process. The role requires working with the data migration team, business data SMEs, and DMO SMEs, as well as other functions in the project. This role will also be responsible for all S4H deployment-related activities for material areas, including participating in data design workshops, cleansing and validation processes, ensuring data availability for testing and training, executing final data load for cutover, and providing go-live and hyper care support. The role will play a key part in implementing the Global Template for the assigned process areas, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the end-to-end SAP implementation for material data, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Coordinate with other PPG teams to meet area specific project goals
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success
  • Own and lead the material data discussions to drive successful S4H implementation
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies and Global Template
  • Own and lead data gathering, cleansing, and validation activities across functions to ensure accuracy and readiness for material data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Data Science or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
  • at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation preferred
  • previous SAP implementation experience preferred
  • PPG experience preferred
