Job Responsibility:

  • Manage permanent residency files via Express Entry from A to Z (CEC, skilled workers, skilled trades)
  • Ensure constant monitoring of IRCC news and invitation rounds
  • Prepare forms and gather supporting documents with surgical precision
  • Act as a bilingual point of contact for a demanding international clientele
  • Support the daily administrative management of the firm in Montreal
  • Guarantee strict confidentiality for all processed files

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Canadian immigration, specifically with Express Entry
  • Perfect command of French and English, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of permanent residency programs (Federal and ideally Quebec/Provinces)
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to manage a sustained workload
  • Absolute discretion, proactivity, and great interpersonal skills
