This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a programme that uses immersive, simulation-based learning to transform technical and engineering training.

Job Responsibility:

Apply instructional design expertise to create engaging, scenario-based learning journeys within 3D and VR environments

Requirements:

  • Instructional Design Expertise: Strong background in designing learning journeys using frameworks such as ADDIE or DSAT, with a focus on immersive and scenario-based learning
  • Immersive Learning Design: Experience creating storyboards, scripts, and structured scenarios for VR, AR, or 3D real-time environments that replicate real-world challenges
  • Authoring Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), Captivate, or Adapt to design supplementary pre- and post-learning (desirable, not essential)
  • Agile Delivery: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, iterating designs and collaborating with technical and creative teams
