The IMCO Compliance & Project Analyst supports compliance monitoring, reporting, and project management initiatives for IMCO-related activities. This position plays a critical role in transactional monitoring, reporting, data management, tool optimization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant operations and effective project delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Lead IMCO transactional monitoring, including planning, performing compliance tests, mapping future tests, assigning remediations, and liaising with business owners
Deliver international transactional monitoring support to local affiliates
Develop and enhance Smartsheet project management solutions, including upkeep and updates to asset tracking tools and linking tactic trackers
Maintain and modify SharePoint sites, including updating site structure, altering permissions, and supporting collaborative workflows
Manage the quarterly governance of the International Transactional Monitoring reporting
Report all HCP (Healthcare Professional) payments from IMCO activities
Perform quarterly reconciliation of payments as part of Transfer of Value and compliance processes
In collaboration with IMCO Compliance drive the maintenance and evolvement of IMCO compliance guidelines
Develop and maintain detailed program tracking tools, ensuring cross-functional teams are accountable for milestone delivery
Assist the IMCO Projects Lead in developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure successful project outcomes
Deliver cross-functional training and guidance on project management best practices
Requirements:
Proficiency in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting project management tools, such as Smartsheet, as well as supporting SharePoint modifications
Strong compliance acumen with the ability to interpret and implement complex international and IMCO-specific regulations
Advanced data management and reconciliation skills, particularly related to transactional monitoring and reporting
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including effective communication and collaboration with business owners, third parties, and international affiliates
Ability to analyze process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the roll-out of compliance guidance and process updates
Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent projects and ad-hoc requests
Comfortable training and guiding team members on compliance systems, such as IMCO Prism and other internal tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Experience in compliance, project management, or a related field (pharma industry preferred)
Proficient with Smartsheet and SharePoint
experience with data reconciliation and tool integration is beneficial
