Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, distributing, and ensuring timely processing
  • Digitize and deposit checks in collaboration with the transactions team
  • Accurately enter client information into document management software
  • Maintain digital filing systems and track all received and sent documents
  • Ensure processing deadlines are met
  • Assist with light clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers, Excel, and basic office software
  • Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in document management, clerical work, or scanning is an asset

  • Monitor and manage scanning process
  • Organize and prepare samples for scanning, including steaming or pressing fabric if required
