Job Description:

The Imaging Specialist is a vital member of our administrative team responsible for organizing, cataloging, and indexing public records, documents, archives, and files. This role involves utilizing scanning software and hardware to manage both physical and electronic documents, ensuring efficient retention and retrieval processes.

Job Responsibility:

Assess and prepare physical and electronic documents for quality imaging
Operate scanning equipment, making minor adjustments as necessary
Create, modify, and maintain data indexes for accuracy and consistency
Retrieve imaged information as required for operational needs
Maintain organized files and records of imaged materials
Evaluate image quality based on relevant standards
Adhere to content management KPIs, policies, and best practices
Keep assigned tickets and status updated promptly

Requirements:

General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively
Collaborative mindset, capable of working well within a team and across departments
Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and technologies
Consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements and KPIs
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Successful completion of background
Physical capability to routinely lift 20 to 30 lb paper boxes
Full-time onsite work commitment
