Job Description:

Within the Image Team, reporting to the Production division of Polène’s Image Department, and under the supervision of the team manager, you will be responsible for producing, coordinating, and supervising image productions, from the receipt of the creative brief to final delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pre-production coordination: oversee planning of productions
  • source and select partners, talents, castings, and locations
  • manage budgets
  • Production and post-production management: coordinate teams during shoots
  • oversee production schedules
  • follow up with post-producers
  • Additional responsibilities: organize and monitor projects, including archiving productions, conducting creative research, and managing resource allocation
  • manage the in-house photo studio, as well as production stocks and equipment
  • frequent international travel

Requirements:

  • First experience in image production and managing international shoots within the fashion or creative industries
  • Comfortable with project and budget management, and proficient in related tools (Excel, project planning software, etc.)
  • Work autonomously, thrive under tight deadlines, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Possess a strong aesthetic sensibility and a refined culture in fashion and visual arts
