Job Description:

As a Business Account Specialist, you will develop partnerships with local businesses, perform customer needs analysis, collaborate across functions, present and sell larger projects, generate sales quotations, meet with customers, and provide guidance on IKEA products while contributing to department action plans and maximizing sales.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and sustain enduring partnerships with local businesses
Perform customer needs analysis as input for the B2B Interior Designer
Collaborate with colleagues across functions to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
Present, negotiate, and sell larger projects to the customer and their stakeholders
Generate sales quotations, oversee customer journeys, and ensure projects reach successful completion
Meet with customers at customer meeting points or at the customer's location
Offer guidance to customers on suitable IKEA product options
Understand and contribute to department action plans
Maximize sales by helping the customer to find solutions and services that meet their needs and budget

Requirements:

2 years of related experience
Experience in selling to business customers
