Job Description:

IKEA Food Team Leader position responsible for leading food service operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining kitchen standards in a high-volume food service environment.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA food action plan
Promote a safety-first culture and coach fellow coworkers
Ensure kitchen is always in optimal state, equipment well maintained, and products in perfect condition
Follow proper processes for food preparation, safety and waste reduction
Learn about food and share knowledge with customers and team members
Keep customers in focus for excellent shopping experience

Requirements:

Sales driven and service minded with experience of serving customers
Passion for food and IKEA's food offering, products and design, as well as sustainability commitment
More than 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume food service environment
Flexible and know how to execute action plans
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Inspired by IKEA Leadership approach and to lead by example
