Job Description:

IKEA Belfast is looking to welcome an IKEA Food Co-worker to their team for a 39-hour position at £12.60 per hour. The role involves serving food, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food behind the scenes. Candidates must be over 18 due to Health & Safety regulations. Passion for food, teamwork, and customer experience is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food
Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience
Listen, act, and exceed customer expectations every day
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both customers and co-workers
Support colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team

Requirements:

Prior Hospitality, Customer facing or retail experience is a plus
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Be Self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy
Passionate and friendly with a roll up your sleeve mindset to work alongside the team and deliver a great customer experience
