• finding more effective ways of working to reduce costs, including controlling waste, correcting portion sizes, checking production levels, and updating cooking methods
• complying with internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines regarding quality, food safety, and stock figures

• Experience in a high volume, customer-facing environment, ideally in hospitality or sales
• approachable and enjoy working directly with customers while striving to provide excellent service
• physically resilient and able to stand for prolonged periods
• strong team player who takes responsibility for their own work
• thrive in a highly dynamic, stimulating environment and work well under pressure
• computer literate, specifically in MS Office
• flexible and willing to work shifts based on the opening hours
• fluent in the local language with a good level of English
• knowledge of any other national language is an advantage
