Job Description:

As an IKEA Food Co-worker, you'll support customer satisfaction through food preparation, health and safety standards, workspace maintenance, and teamwork. You'll embody IKEA's values, acting as an ambassador while meeting sales targets and serving quality food.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing food according to daily forecasting needs
ensuring quality, freshness and great service
displaying food products in an attractive manner
focusing on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products
being an active IKEA Ambassador focusing on customers
keeping informed about sourcing practices, ingredients, specials, and standards
maintaining a clean, tidy, organized, visually inviting workspace
participating in IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
assisting co-workers with tasks as required

Requirements:

ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
open to learning
general can-do attitude
energized by teamwork
health-and-safety-conscious
at least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required)
comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
