Job Description:

We are looking for someone specialized in food production, quality, food safety, efficiency, and range presentation to ensure our guests enjoy a tasty meal every time they visit the IKEA store. You will actively share your specialist knowledge with your colleagues while contributing to a vibrant retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contributing to a safety-first culture
ensuring efficiency in operations and knowledge of routines and requirements
being passionate about the food range and learning about its content, origins, preparation, and benefits
sharing specialist competence with guests and colleagues
presenting the width and depth of the IKEA food range to inspire guests
acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
understanding and contributing to your department’s action plans
supporting goals and targets set by your manager

Requirements:

Experience in handling cash registers in the food services industry
excellent customer service skills
sales-driven mindset
motivation to work in a vibrant retail environment
passion for food and people
flexibility and openness
curiosity and eagerness to learn
ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties efficiently
pride in serving the food range to customers
ability to work on weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
