Job Description:

Specialized in food production, quality, food safety, efficiency and range presentation to ensure guests enjoy a tasty meal every time they visit the IKEA store. Actively shares specialist knowledge with colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contributing to a safety first culture
Ensuring efficiency in operations and that routines and requirements are followed
Being passionate about the food range and actively learning about its content, origins, preparation and benefits
Sharing specialist competence with guests and colleagues
Presenting the width and depth of the IKEA food range to inspire guests
Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
Understanding and contributing to department's action plans
Supporting goals and targets set by manager

Requirements:

Experience in handling cash registers in the food services industry
Excellent customer service skills
Sales-driven motivation
Passion for food and people
Flexibility and openness
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties
Willingness to work on weekends, shift hours, and Public holidays
