This role suits someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of SEO, editorial excellence, and digital performance — and who knows how to inspire teams to create impactful, high-quality content that drives growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business, SEO, Product, and Media teams, leading a multi-layered team of Content Managers, Editors, and Writers to deliver a unified, data-driven, and scalable content operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute a global content strategy aligned with business and monetization goals
  • Translate market insights, SEO data, and audience behavior into actionable content roadmaps
  • Ensure high editorial quality, compliance, and E-E-A-T standards across all brands and markets
  • Monitor performance and adjust priorities based on ROI and data-driven insights
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Managers, Editors, Writers)
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans for each team member
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the department
  • Ensure resource allocation matches strategic priorities
  • Validate content strategies and top-page plans from Content Managers
  • Oversee content optimization, updates, and keyword tracking for key business assets
  • Work with SEO teams to ensure keyword coverage and internal linking performance
  • Conduct periodic content and performance audits
  • Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Business and Sales teams to ensure alignment with market priorities
  • Guarantee compliance with regional regulations and brand tone
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, Media, and Business Units to align goals and execution
  • Support UX and CRO initiatives impacting content performance
  • Contribute to content amplification through cross-channel strategies

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • 5+ years of solid experience in leading content operations within digital media, sports, or iGaming
  • Strong understanding of SEO, audience growth, and content monetization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and performance measurement
What we offer:
  • Opportunity to shape the content strategy of a global, fast-growing media group
  • Work on some of our most impactful brands, reaching millions of fans worldwide
  • 100% remote flexibility and an international, multicultural team environment
  • Career development opportunities in a company that values innovation and autonomy
