ICC certification for concrete, masonry, post tension, steel & welding
Thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standards related to the construction and inspection of reinforced concrete and masonry structures
Able to read and understand structural blue prints and current code requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Good organizational skills
Strong work ethic
Minimum of two years of experience
Current valid driver's license and good driving record

Job Responsibility

Maintenance of proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFI's, and other pertinent field data
Clear communications with the Project Manager and the client's representatives
